MelPreps is a personal project offering made-to-order food and personal training in the Miami, Florida area. This website is informational: it doesn't process orders or payments online, doesn't display prices, and isn't a binding offer. Any order is arranged directly by message, outside of this site.
About nutrition and health information
The content on this site is for informational purposes only and doesn't constitute medical or nutrition advice. Melissa is a personal trainer certified by ISSA. She is not a dietitian or a licensed nutrition professional, and she doesn't provide nutrition therapy for medical conditions. If you have a health condition, consult a licensed professional before changing your diet or physical activity.
About allergies
The food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles fish, shellfish, egg, dairy, gluten, and tree nuts. It's not possible to guarantee the absence of traces. If you have a food allergy, mention it before ordering.
About the images
All photographs on this site were taken by Melissa in her own kitchen and show food she actually prepared. No stock images or AI-generated images are used.
Privacy
This site has no forms of its own, doesn't create accounts, and doesn't install tracking cookies. It uses an aggregated, cookie-free analytics tool to see how many visits each page gets. No personally identifiable data is collected. If you message us on WhatsApp or use the scheduling link, that information is handled by WhatsApp and Google respectively, under their own policies.

Acceptance
By using this site or ordering food or training from Melissa, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
Orders and pricing
Orders are placed over WhatsApp, not through this site. Prices and availability are confirmed by message before each order and can change from week to week. Payment is arranged directly with me; this site doesn't process payments.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, message me as soon as possible. Since I cook to order and in advance, the closer to delivery you let me know, the less room I have to adjust or replace what's already in production.
Personal training
Training is arranged individually, and your participation is voluntary. Consult a doctor before starting any physical activity if you have questions about your health — see "About nutrition and health information" above.
